Shipping and handling costs are based on the amount you order. The charges shown are for a single address. Delivery to additional addresses is an additional $4.50 per address. Most items are shipped via USPS to arrive in the continental USA in 7 - 10 business days after receipt of your order.

Some oversized items that are bulky, heavy or require special handling have a delivery surcharge because our cost to ship them is higher; these items have an "ov" code after the item code number. To get a shipping estimate for these items, please email, call or fax us.

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories shipped via standard delivery. Please allow 2 -3 weeks.

To have your order shipped outside of the continental United States, please contact us. We will let you know your shipping options, along with the exact shipping charges, including shipping, handling, taxes & duties. Nothing will be charged until you agree to these shipping costs. SALES TAX

We follow applicable state & county laws with regards to taxable items. Our gallery location in Geauga County in the state of Ohio has a sales tax rate of 6.5%. All-in state purchases will be taxed at that rate. Out of state purchases are tax exempt.

GUARANTEE & RETURN POLICY

We try to honor the creativity of our artists by paying careful attention to the packaging of their works. If you discover an item you received is damaged, please return it with a note explaining the problem. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable. Items may be returned within 45 days of receipt, in original condition and packaging for an exchange or refund, (excluding shipping and handling charges). Return the merchandise via insured parcel post or UPS. Include the original packing slip with the return item circled and mail it to:
